I was hospitalized in December and later received two bills from the same "company." However, the bill appears to be photocopied and none of their contact information is consistent. They also did not have my name right or any of the information from the hospital services. The bill was also not itemized and was for much less than my actual bill. I called the actual hospital that I was at and they said that they had not even sent bill yet and they called the number listed on the fraud bill I was sent and said that it is definitely fraud and they do not outsource any billing and that it would need to be reported. The phone number listed on the fraud bill is not even a 800 number and when the phone number is Googled it shows up as being to several different "companies" but not for the company they claim to be.
