Name of person to pay, Teboko R Kounde, Boston Massachusetts, 02222, 617- 313 -3550. When asked about coming to pick puppy up in person instead I was asked for half of the money. Address was ** *** *** Methusen MA 01849. I looked it up on google and the fencing and the yard did not look the same as that in puppy pictures. Name on public records for home ownership not the same as I was given. I also found another website using donald bichon name that was located in San Francisco CA.
