On May 5,2020, I purchased a dog harness from Doggy Kingdom for my dog. That was 7 weeks ago and I still have not received the harness. When I first emailed “Sandra” from support, she Said it’s still being processed. Then I received a fake tracking number so I emailed “Sandra” again and was given the same fake tracking number. I have emailed support multiple times for a refund and continue to get the same generic response saying it’s on its way with the same fake tracking number. I have since filed a dispute with my credit card company for the charge of $39.97 which also, according to my bank, included an international fee. There is no return address or indication the item was coming from somewhere internationally. I wish I had read all the negative reviews claiming my same issues with this company before ordering. On the site, the company also has a fake number For any questions that doesn’t work. It’s 888-30-36449. I hope this company is forced to show a legitimate country, address and phone number on their website, as well as provide customers with a real tracking number so individuals can make an informed decision to purchase anything from them. I hope they get exposed for what they are, a scam. There is no proof To me this is a legitimate company Please help. Thank you!
