Ordered a PC for $549.99 from discountstoresale.com on April 1, 2020. Was originally ‘shipped’ with an ETA of April 14. I asked repeatedly for shipping tracking information through their messaging system on their website, I got one response that only said “it will be delivered Thursday.” No further responses were given despite repeated attempts to contact the company. The PC never came. I have already reported them to the FTC.

I visited the website to find a product offered. I placed it in my cart but the credit card transaction would not take. I contacted them via Chat and felt uneasy to say the least. They offered an even lower price if I paid with Best Buy Gift Cards. I did. I asked for a confirmation number and details. I received an email but it was very simple, only the date to expect delivery and the order number. I never received a receipt of payment nor is in in my account I created. I’ve emailed on several occasions and there is no response to Chat. I even checked the balance of my gift card to find it at 0.00.
