The company advertised a conference at the Hyatt Regency in Denver on August 25,2016. The company claimed to have reserved a hotel conference center. On the day of the event, the company sent an email that was it was cancelled. It was odd that a company that had reportedly booked outside speakers, and rented a hotel conference center would cancel on the morning of the event. I requested a refund for the $595.00 that was prepaid. I received an email acknowledging that the refund would be applied toward my credit card. No refund was given. Additionally, the company charged my credit card an additional $1190.00. I gave no authorization and made no order from this company for the $1190. I reported the incident to my credit card and they are investigating. I contacted the company, but no response.
