This company used a what seemed like a Walgreen’s customer survey to supply a "free gift" and asked for a credit card to cover the cost of "shipping". The pages I filled out to receive the "gift" for taking the survey did not mention any membership or subscription, but the company claims that accepting the gift enrolled me in a membership for dietary supplements charging $88.46 and $84.37 for dietary supplements I did not order, two times, before I saw the charges on my credit card statement. I did receive the supplements and am currently trying to return them and unsure what will happen.
