I opted in for the "top 60 designers" and paid the extra sixty dollars. Every last one of the designs that came in were "6241th
Rank" or around there. I contacted them and they refused to explain why they would charge a customer 60 dollars for no reason. All I got was a rep that would go with some canned responses (I hate that). They did refund me the 60 dollars in the end but only because I called them out about it. Had I left it alone I would have been scammed like everyone else. They will probably claim something like "oh it was an issue on our back end" or something like that that you can’t disprove.
