Type of a scam Online Purchase

On jFacebook I saw an ad for a free sample offer of face cream from Joanna Gaines’ line of beauty products. I found out later she doesn’t even have a life of products – this was from DermaLife and they were fraudulently using her name to lure people. I ordered the free sample, but immediately canceled it by email the same day. I received it anyway and was charged the shipping amount of $4.95. My credit card has now been charged an additional $89.95 for items from DermaLife that I haven’t even received (and don’t want). I’ve emailed them multiple times but get no response. This is, of course, a scam. The only thing I’ve been able to do is dispute the charges on my credit card. DermaLife does not respond to attempts to contact them.
