Received a call from this person identifying himself as Brian Lincoln. Working at the department of treasury inspector general. He stated that there is a case filed under me and my address. He stated for myself or my attorney to call him to discuss this or they will proceed with legal actions. This is his number that he wanted me to call him at 3473388932. Through all this my name and whole address was never mentioned. It wa just very broad.
