I was trying to contact Delta Airlines online to book a flight because I had an emergency situation. I came across a link to Delta Booking and it listed a contact number. The man who answered was named Alex and he said it was Delta Booking and Reservations. I explained my flight needs and he states that they are all full for that travel date but there was a promotion that could get me on the one available seat left in first class. However the catch was that I had to pay via a Delta Rewards Card. He explained where I could purchase them and I did. I gave him the numbers on the back of the card totaling $350 U.S.. He explained that he would call me back with a confirmation # and flight info would be emailed to me. A few minutes later a manager named Shawn explains that there was a billing problem and my payment didn’t go through. He then asks me to go out and get another delta rewards card to try the payment again and I will be reimbursed for the last $350 payment. By now I realize it has to be a scam and I did not pay them again. Instead I asked for a refund. They promised me a refund in 5 days but it never came. I called all three numbers several times and they never picked up. However, when I called from a different phone they answered "Delta Booking"….I finally contacted the real delta complaint office and they confirmed it was a scam. Since I noticed that the first two numbers don’t work but the manager Shawn’s number is still working. I have enclosed the attachments of the 2 gift cards I bought and paid them with. One was for $200 and the other $150
