Said his son performed the first test told us it failed then he came out again for another $165 to fix the problem that was never fixed to begin with.
He asks for the money first before he completes the work.
The son came out the first time to do the backflow test and said we failed. Took the check off the door and never saw him.
Called to have them come back out and the Dad tells me to turn the water on bc he can’t do the test to see what’s wrong w out looking at it first. I asked why his son didn’t knock on the door to tell me the same thing as he didn’t do the test then. "He said idk it’s prob on your receipt" looks at the receipt " oh it’s not there". I told him it was dishonest to say you completed the test when he didn’t even start it then charge me a huge amount to come back and do nothing. He said he didn’t need anymore customers as he has enough to keep him busy. And stormed off my property. So we paid for triple the test when if honest we would even need
