Type of a scam Employment

When they the application, applied, this is what cane up on their private portal after I was "hired"

Our company, Delegated Pay Solutions, acts as a neutral third party between the buyer and the seller when doing business online. Our agents ensure safe and transparent transactions by holding the buyer’s funds in escrow which are released after both parties are satisfied, protecting both the seller’s and the buyer’s interests. An escrow service is especially needed when making payments, buying things online, doing exchanges on forums, etc.

ESCROW PROCESS

A trusted third party (an Escrow Rep) is nominated to verify and release payments, resolve disputes and even reverse payments in case of fraud. The escrow process is organized in the following way:

The buyer determines the kind of an item/service they would like to receive from the seller.

The buyer or the seller initiates an escrow transaction with one of the Escrow Reps.

Both the buyer and the seller verify their credentials and confirm their financial information.

The buyer makes a payment to the assigned Escrow Rep.

The seller delivers the item(s) to the buyer/carries out the requested service, etc.

The buyer confirms receiving the item/getting the service, etc.

Funds are released to the seller; otherwise or a dispute is initiated.

ESCROW REP ROLE

As an Escrow Rep with Delegated Pay Solutions, you will be responsible for receiving and making payments on behalf of our clients and helping close escrow deals; additional responsibilities include maintaining client records, handling financial documentation and submitting performance reports.

Our clients will be paying you as the authorized company’s representative. We’ll be able to help you set a DBA business account as soon as we’re officially open this April, however, during the probationary period, you can use an existing checking account of yours of set up a new one with a local bank or a credit union, whatever is more convenient for you.

All payments will be in your name because according to the Escrow Service Agreements signed by our clients, they are paying you as a representative of our company.

All related fees, expenses, and taxes are included in the incoming payments; they are covered by the clients, so you pay nothing out of your pocket. You’ll find a sample of our standard escrow agreement attached to this message: please review it.

The good thing is that this agreement protects Escrow Reps, so you won’t be liable for any discrepancies or inconsistencies. There are a lot of scams going on these days, which is why people prefer to pay extra for security and go to an escrow service.

During your probationary period you will start working with 1-2 clients to master the job routine; when the probationary period is over you can expect up to 10-15 clients per month. You will receive your base pay regardless of the number of clients you’re working with, however, they affect your bonuses, and you can earn a fair amount of them if you can multitask.

Any questions for me?

Best regards,
