Had met in person about his 4runner to buy back in Jan. 2015. Seller decided then he did not want to sell at this time. Sell contacted me early march about if I was still interested in 4runner. Seller stated now lives in Las Vegas. Seller used to live in Austin, Tx. Where I reside. Seller asked for a deposit of 3500$, which also included a unfinished custom trailer. Seller sent me the B.O.S. for the trailer. Seller stated he was going to be coming back to Austin, Tx for a festival and would drive the 4runner. The amount of 3500$ was deposited into his wells fargo account 5741954647. I still have the receipts from them. 2000$ and 1500$ was deposited separately. Seller made it into Austin and we set up a day to meet up and finalize the sale. Talked to seller the night before the sale to confirm meeting. The following morning seller is no longer responding to any form of communication.
