Was contacted by messenger to be my cousin to say that she saw my name on a list of winner’s from the USAID’s. Gave me the link to get in touch with the US government grant agent to claim my grant money like she had done. I know better then when something is too good to be true and this definitely was. they asked me to pay a 1% tax on my grant money, which threw a flag.

Tried to call cousin but they messaged that phone was not working well. Sent everything be messenger. Called the number and could barely understand them. Please advise public that Facebook is not giving anything away.

Called family members and left a voicemail stating that I had a case pending with the county court and that I should call to settle outside of court. Gave me the phone number to call back and the message cuts off when the auto-voice is about to list the case number. I went on Google and looked up the phone # and it is marked as spam on multiple websites.
A former friend thru high school contacted me thru messenger… told me about the government agency, USAID, and gave me the name of David Smith…Said I qualified for a grant and was asked to choose the grant amount and then pay 1% accordingly… RED FLAGS 🚩
