Type of a scam Sweepstakes/Lottery/Prizes
Was called by David Green this morning the call came up unknown. He said he was a UPS driver and had claimed I had won Publisher Clearing House Prize. He told me he was going to deliver my prize but needed to call his manager John Baker at 419-785-8146. John told me that I had indeed won 90,000.00 and a new Mercedes Benz. He said the call was being recorded by the FTC and the BBB. He told me not to tell anyone of my winnings until the Prize Patrol showed up. He then said I needed to go to CVS and get a prize receipt. I knew at this point it was a scam. I told him I did not have transportation. I laughed and he got mad and said he was not playing games with me. He then rudely told me that this was a blessing from God and I did not seem grateful. So he said they would give my winnings to a charity. I hung up and reported to the FTC.
