I was also scammed by dailypetslocators. Almost the same identical verbiage, down to Nina the puppies name, as victim30814 above. I knew the whole deal didn’t “smell” right but we allowed emotion to take over and it cost us $400.00.

I was looking for a puppy the add on Augusta Craigslist-said Re homing Beautiful color female Bichon frise 3 months old. gave a email address [email protected] with lots of info and states serious inquiries only. I sent an email -waited when I didn’t get a response I hit send a note- shortly after I got an email from Angelica Tanisha ([email protected]) sent pictures and video’s- Then in the long text /email she let me know they had recently moved -(add showed she was local and only been up a few hours) wanted to know if I owed a pet before, where am I located-even tho I had already told her, do I have a vet doctors and brief description of the environment and my phone number-(tho she never called even when I asked her to) I got another long email/text explaining they had loss their 11 year old girl Diana after a major surgery. again with more details about the puppy and wanting to know if I wanted the male or female, I offer to meet her half way but she states unable due to work and says she can have it flown to me by tomorrow- she ask for me to remind her in the morning so she can register (Nina) and pleads with me to send pictures of the baby from time to time. Then I get a call from guy who states he is with daily pets relocators and that I need to send $300 – using Zelle to [email protected] (now I did check into ground transports and cost is from $285-$485. Later I get a call saying I need to get insurance $650. sent to same gmail as before but it is refundable when I receive Nina- I inquire about it thoroughly- (slightly questionable) but he gives good answers. Nina due to arrive at 730 pm.. 730 pm comes I get an URGENT text stating she is in Sandy Springs Ga being seen by a vet before being brought here and because she is less them 18 wks old -she need further vaccinations now the price is $750- but he wants me to sent it to [email protected], but refundable at delivery- this is where-I’m like ummmm????? So I look up the G mails & phone number on peoplelooker.com and they don’t exist- the office address is to a little old lady Betty J McGhee..

This so called pet agency courier was suppose to delivery my dog to me and they blew my phone up the night before delivery to get my $175 for the delivery , once I paid the delivery fee for my dog I NEVER RECEIVED THE DOG’ I Requested for my money back and they changed the CashApp name so I couldn’t request back
