Fraudulent website www.cyranoscience.com is based in China and registered on 9/10/2018 to Wen Qiang Shang, [email protected], [email protected], 86-15281013290. This website claims it is a US company "Cyrano Science" located at 73 N Vinedo Ave, Pasadena, CA. No such company exists. From 1996-2003 a former company Cyrano Sciences, Inc. operated at that address prior to purchase in 2004 by Smiths Detection, Inc. It operated as Smiths Detection from 2004-2010. In 2010 the operations of the former company were closed. The China website claims to have products for sale that are the exclusive property of Sensigent LLC and Smiths Detection Inc. The China website technical content and images were stolen from the website www.sensigent.com in violation of copyright. Th China website is using trademarks and patents belonging to Sensigent LLC and Smiths Detection, including Cyranose, NoseChip and eNose. Similar information is found on the China website www.tlyon.com. This site lists the Cyranose product for sale as belonging to "Cyrano Science" (does not exist) and not Sensigent. Copyright technical content and images of Sensigent products are displayed and offered for sale without authority or permission to use the content or offer for sale. In summary, the legitimate US business is being infringed and its copyright and trademark materials abused.
