We found this website when we were looking for a dog. The price is too low but we were affected by puppies cuteness.

Immediately after questions about the puppy, they asked for the deposit in the amount of more than 50%. I said we are able and want to come and see the puppy first(in 10 hours). I even call them and lady said she might be not available tomorrow and they don’t have any other puppies already, because they are on hold (in 2 hours??????). The website says they are AKC registered which isn’t true because when I asked for #, the lady said they CAN BE registered. The last sign for us was the fact we found the real IG account of puppy we were interested in, with all pictures from the scam website. The real IG of puppy is : *************************************************** I’ll also attach all the conversations with scammers. After I found the real dog I decided to call the scammer lady and asked her about this, and as I thought she was confused and then hung up. I’ll try to attach the video as well. Also, you can clearly see a different time zone , but it should be same as in New York:) Unfortunately, I cant add all the pictures but will be happy to upon request.

They claim that they sell Maltese Puppies. They try to rush you into purchasing a dog. They accept a deposit, they claim to hold your dog . However, communicating with this company can only be done via email or text. If you call the phone number listed, they text or email you. When you question this they say that they are speaking to you in person via text/ email. When I requested a refund of the deposit made, you get excuses and the run around. Inquired about paperwork on the puppy, such as a contract, receipts for money paid, with balance due. However, more of a runaround and no documentation.

Phone Number… For the delivery. Attached are more pictures and videos of AJ. I reviewed the pictures and video searched for the email on the ScamPulse.com website in which it stated they were a breeder, but was not registered to the ScamPulse.com website. I then proceeded to ask the price of the pup and when I would receive him. Also asked for him to be neutered. That was Friday June 12, 2020. The website said same day delivery and I seen that the city she stated they were located was 8 hours away. I assumed they would need more time to get the pup neutered and then transported. I emailed all weekend with more questions of what to feed the dog, track

information, if they breed other types of dogs. She responded promptly. I was told that the puppy would arrived by Monday afternoon. Monday afternoon arrived and I received a call from the "shippers" claiming they need an additional 750 for the puppy to be transported in a medical crate and if money was not given than I would be reported as animal endangerment since the pup is in my name. I then called the "breeder" she stated she talked to the transport as well and they stated I can pay 750 for the crate or 250 to rent a crate. I told her to take the dog back she stated she couldn’t because it was in my name. I demanded my money back since this was a cost that was not disclosed. She hung up. I called (440) 374-7509 several times and did not receive an answer. I called the "shipping" company at 740-669-6429 to get no answer after I cursed them out about asking for more money. I then emailed the breeder stating I requested a refund through cash app. If I did not receive my refund I was reporting to the FBI the website (which I have), BBB, and filing a complaint with the FTC.

I contacted these people about a Maltese puppy. I paid for the puppy and they were going to ship the puppy for free. I started getting phone calls about the puppy’s paperwork and shipping container and additional costs which I paid. I also explained to the breeder that this was starting to sound like a scam and he steadily tried to reassure me that it wasn’t. I even looked up scams and I found out the same thing he was telling me was that of a scam from the internet and i sent it to him. I explained to him that i would be contacting better business bureau about it and he again said please don’t. I gave him till 9am this morning to get this dog to me and if not i will be contacting better business bureau. I have contacted my bank but they cant do anything until the pending payments go through. I posted an example of exactly what the transport people said to me. https://cutemaltesepupsforsale.com/adoption-form/

I was also told that i would get charged with abandonment of the animal if i didnt send money. I sent money through cash app to the breeder and then the breeder would pay the transport service. The transport people also asked for pet authorization forms and city permit for custom “custom clarification.” Animal Transportation Worldwide, LLC is the name of the transport delivery company.

I advised breeder that i gave them till 9am this morning. Its is 9:30am. I have been going through this since yesterday and I believe it is a scam.

Unfortunately I didnt see this other stuff before I decided to do this. There was always some issue as to these people or circumstances.

I have ultimately sent almost 4,480 dollars. Please help me.

There is an on-line page that shows darling Maltese pups with enticing prices and the promise of door-to-door delivery. The information states that 1/2 of the total price was needed in order to ship the pup. Once the transaction was begun, they required 98% of the total rather than the 50% stated. Then, the following day, the company that was to transport the pup called, saying they needed more information that was included in an e-mail before they could ship the pup. No email was ever received. There were numerous telephone conversations, none of which clarified the issues that needed to be resolved. They have my money and I have no pup.

We went to this website and everything seemed normal. We ordered their puppy Rosie and exchanged emails with them; they even sent us more pictures of Rosie. Once we put down our de.posit, they stopped answering phone calls and emails and we were unable to get in touch with them.

They scammed us and stole our money
