Type of a scam Phishing
At 15:31, my phone rang, the caller ID said "CTR MENTAL HEAL". I answered and a male voice said "xxxx?" (that is my name). I said "yes?" and the caller hung up. Afraid that I had been scammed, I called the number back and got the voicemail for a "Paul Sadauski, Adult Case Manager". I have called back repeatedly and have not gotten an answer other than the voicemail.
