I purchased a kitchen island from the website on 7/21/2020. Website says items ship out next day. I never got an email saying item shipped. When checking my PayPal, seller had updated item had shipped, but USPS tracking says item shipped before the date I even ordered it. It says it was delivered to my mailbox (which it was not, and is too big to be put in a mailbox), and then returned to sender in Boca Raton, FL (company website says it’s out of Toledo). PayPal transaction says someone named Scott Parsons was who the money was sent to, not a company. I have tried calling the phone number on the website, which is not a valid or working phone number, and I have tried emailing with no response.
