Total money lost $109.79

Type of a scam Online Purchase

I saw on Facebook an ad for free trial size skin cream. I went to the website and looked it over and decided to order. It said it was free but I had to pay a small shipping and handling fee, so I paid it. A few days after it came I got an email from the company saying that I had automatically been billed $109.79 for an auto shipment that I never ordered. It says nowhere on the website about an auto shipment. I looked on my bank account and had the money taken out already. I called the company and they refused to do anything for me, claiming that there was an 18 day trial period that I never knew about, and today was the 18th day. My bank started a dispute and investigation, but there’s no telling if I will receive my money back or not. I never ordered and do not want the product they’re sending me. I apologize for filling out the type of scam as counterfeit product, but I really don’t know what else would be

Total money lost $209.58

Type of a scam Online Purchase

I seen an ad on Facebook regarding trying a free trial of a product called Creme. It indicated I would just pay shipping. I paid shipping for 3 products at $40.85. I did not see the fine print on terms and conditions and there was no indication of that sent to me in my email confirmation order slips. It was all very vague. Two weeks later I was charged $209.58 for Face Cream and Creme Skin products. I searched for a contact to try to get a hold of them and finally found only a phone number and called to cancel my order but I thought I was getting product for that charge that I was charged over 200 dollars for. I waited a few weeks and called them again and they said that my account was canceled and the charge for $209.58 was for the "free trial" and if you didn’t like it within 14 days I was supposed to cancel and not get charged that amount. When you register for a free trial product you should not be getting charged or they should be including that information in the order confirmation. This is a total sham and this company is taking advantage of people. Now when I go to Creme site and click on free trial offer a new link comes for a different product called Hydroluxe!! When you click on Terms and Conditions on the free trial page of Creme it takes you to the Hydroluxe page which has terms and conditions for Hyrdoluxe (now that I know what I am looking for!) Makes no sense and it’s a total ripoff!! A new product and a new scam for those unwary folks!!
