Credit Enrollment Center

Donald – Dec 18, 2020

Hello everyone I was just checking my voice mail and I couldn’t believe what I was reading it blow’s my mind that so many people are getting the same message as me she says I’ve been approved for up to 53.000 dollars and I didn’t apply for any thing from them scammers plus I got a call from the same bunch of freak’s that I was approved for$10.000 dollars these people are evil for doing this at such a bad time for our country May God strike them down there gonna burn for this.. so be careful and God bless

Philip – Dec 04, 2020

Keep getting calls indicating that I’m approved for 53,000 from this phone number 888-995-2501

Dustin – Dec 03, 2020

I GUESS 53K is the magic number lol…i just receive a call

Sheila – Nov 23, 2020

Have received multiple voicemails from different phone numbers saying to call 844-289-8373. The person that always leaves the voicemail is Melissa Davis and she states I have been preapproved for up to $53,000 with the advantage program. I keep blocking her calls but she keeps calling. She called from 205-843-0094 (Eutaw, AL) and also from 951-527-9042. Both voicemails have different call back numbers as well. One is the one for this complaint and the other is for 888-891-2172. SO annoying and definitely a scam!

Robert – Nov 17, 2020

It’s really fortunate and unfortunate at the the same time that this entity is a SCAM ! I am in debt and need to resolve my situation soon . So either it’s Chapter 128 bancruptcy or a good debt counselor . This irritates me a lot knowing how predators can prey on senior citizens or anyone for that matter and not feel guilty or not be caught and convicted of these crimes . I DO NOT NEED THIS B.S. at this point in my life especially after the very lousy year I’m sure most of us have had .

Joshua – Nov 10, 2020

I received a similar call on Aug 27th from a pleasant and professional mannered representative named Ashley notifying me that I had been approved for up to $53,000. With the Hardship program. I actually somehow missed her message and did not catch it till yesterday Nov 9th. I called the number she left me and received an automated message that the number is no longer in service. I then tried the number that the call initially came from. The first attempt, I got a loud sound of static and the call dropped. The 2nd attempt, there were 2 rings then silence and then a busy signal. It’s a good thing I missed this message and it seems to me after researching that these people are consistently changing their contact info. Be careful with these guys because they do sound very pleasant and professional.

Raquel – Nov 08, 2020

Got the same call, literally word for word… With so many people struggling in this country just to feed their families, it truly saddens me to no end that scammers don’t seem to be hurting like the rest of us. Who knows how many people may have seen this call as a blessing, especially since this year has been truly traumatic for so many, and later they’ll find out they’ve lost even more than what has already been taken just due to the horrible events of this past year. For those of you who’s “gut instinct” kicked in and you knew to do a lil research, my hats off to you for realizing that if it sounds to good to be true, it usually always is. For those of you that thought you’d just really received a blessing, my prayers go out to you. Always check, check and triple check..before you EVER give any personal information..and even then, be VERY LEARY.

Jessie – Oct 30, 2020

I have received a call from the same “company” only a different number. they were not amused that i wouldnt give them any info while looking them up online. scam i say.

Jeremy – Oct 24, 2020

I got a call from Haley too, exact same transcript from above only her phone number was a 435 area code out of the state of Washington – I’m 61, been a very long time since I’ve been in school. I am going for a loan but through USDA for FHA certainly not some fly by night operation.

Kelli – Oct 24, 2020

I have gotten the same exact calls and I get one every day. The calls always come from Haley Diaz or Jen Rivera. One caller says they’re from Credit Enrollment and the other states they’re from Newstart Network. When I asked why are you guys calling from different companies but claiming the same lie. The guy goes on to state that Newstart is their new name and they no longer go byCredit Enrollment and the changed their name months ago so I should be careful of the others, the audacity! The sad part is that many unsuspecting people will fall for this scam because there’s a well spoken white girl on the other end and not some foreigner. Don’t be offended by my description. I’m just telling the truth. Hey I almost fell for because I recently applied for a loan 😩…Hey it’s ___ ______ with new start network my phone number is 888-891-2172 and I was actually just following back up with you from the voicemail I left you um I did get you preapproved for up to $53,000 with the advantage program so I just wanted to give you another call um I will be in the office all week until Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM Pacific standard time so just go ah

Craig – Oct 23, 2020

Got the same message from a Jena Bear I think that was the name same transcript for 52,000. So im curious if someone is trying to get a loan in my name or is ut just fishing for info robot calls? Anyone know whats really going on?

Got a call this morning.Today she’s Ashley Diaz from New Start Network. Same 53K, same phone number 844-289-8373. So sad how they’re preying on people, some who wouldn’t know any better.

Alison – Oct 12, 2020

I received two phone calls from so called Credit Enrollment Center, her name was Ashley and just like everyone else on this site she got me approved for $47,000 . That’s awesome so do I have to pay it back ? Lol I know it’s a scam! I wander if she gets paid for doing this ? I’m sure she does if she can get your checking account number! I will just block them!

Melinda – Oct 11, 2020

Keep getting calls for being pre-approved for up to $53,000 for something I never applied for.

Evelyn – Oct 09, 2020

I have been getting calls all day. Driving me crazy. Hopefully the upload works.
I’ve read a few other people’s complaints. Sounds like she changes her name.

Darryl – Oct 08, 2020

This is a business, how good they are seems to be the question! I got the same phone call and I came to this site first. Then I seen one person saying it’s a blessing. So I went to the BBB;

Kristen –

I was recently called by a phone number reading “Knotts Island, NC.” From Credit Enrollment Center, her number was 8442897977. She said that they were able to get me up to 51k dollars and to give her a call back. And I could speak to any representative. I’m glad I saw this website and didn’t them a call back.

Karen –

“Hey it’s Ashley Diaz a credit and Roman Center my phone number is 888-891-2172 I was just giving you a call to let you know that we do have your preapproved amount back for the advantage program um we were able to actually get you up to $53,000 so if you could just give me a call back and then I’ll go ahead and go over details with you so that we can move forward um just in case again my phone number is 888-891-2172 and you can go ahead to speak to me or anyone in the representative um so I do hope to hear from you soon and have a great day to opt out of future messages please call 888-399-9876…”

Ronnie –

OMG! I just got one today 10-5-2020. It was the same as one of those above for $53,000.00. And yes, we are trying to buy a home. Something told me to check it out before I called them back. Thank goodness I did.

Frank –

Same phone call sounded so good but to good anyone who knows me knows I’d fall for it but but lately been being smarter lol

Jacob –

😂 too funny! That’s me too! I don’t know what made me check this out first, normally if someone says they can get me money I act first and think later. Lol

Samantha –

Lol same message “um we were able actually to get up to $53,000”
Don’t worry everyone your blessings will come

Marissa –

I have had 3 phone calls from Jen Rivera about a 52,000 dollar loan that I know nothing about and did not apply for. she seems pretty insistent on just giving me a loan, not knowing what this was about i decided to look on the inter web and look them up. Thank God i did because the very voicemail and the same phone number showed up and in capital letters it read scam. So Miss Jen Rivera please do not call me again

Dylan –

Same voicemail! Sounds legit. I thought to myself..like what did I apply for that I got approved for? Smh. We had been car hunting so I thought maybe that was it! I see how they get people cause if your like me and had actually been applying for things and am forgetful like I am then it would be easy! I attached my voicemail read out below! Has the phone number and everything on it. Actually if you listen she says JEN Rivera not Dan. But anyway- SCAM

Derek –

This is a scam! I believe 21st Mortgage sold my info!

Stefanie –

I’m so so happy I checked this out before I called back I got a voicemail saying the same thing. It was from jen Rivera I was approved for $52 thousand. Unbelievable!

Charles –

🤔 I don’t know why she was only offering me 51k lol

Jason –

Somehow I miss Ashley’s calls because I am .. working… and can’t answer my personal phone 🙂 Usually it is a “loan” that turns out to be debt resolution. I did not call her back. The call from Jamaica I got the same day that claimed I won a Mercedes and $2 million was more entertaining..

Candace –

I received the same call as Drizzle. ‘Jen Rivera states the same thing & says I have been approved for up to $52K. Her callback # 854.458.8923.
DON’T BELIEVE THIS SCAM! I AGREE, ALWAYS, ALWAYS DO YOUR RESEARCH!

The number ‘Jan’ called from is:
#904.708.5234. I know many of us need monetary relief; however, do Not Allow Fraudulent Low-Lifers to take away your hard work in living in this world!

Ricardo –

Also received this voicemail, same person, approximately same amount. I came here instead of calling back, because, y’know, not stupid. I don’t know what the actual scam is, but it’s clear that it is one.

Adriana –

Should say “credit enrollment center” but transcription isn’t always 100% accurate.

I did not call back instead I just googled it, it took me two seconds to find this page and I hope everyone else does the same. It takes less time to do your research then to even call them back. Have a good day!

Peter –

Yesterday I recieved the same exact voicemail that CH reported from “Ashley Diaz” . At first I thought this person dialed the wrong phone number, but then I wondered if it was a scam. Obviously it is a scam. The call appears to have come from the phone number 1-938-201-1114. She stated that her phone number is 844-289-8373.

Patrick –

“Hey it’s Ashley _____ from credit enrollment Center my phone number is 844-289-8373 and I was actually just giving you a call to let you know that we do have your preapproved amount back for the advantage program um we were able to actually get you up to $53,000 so if you could just give me a call back and then I can start to go over details with you so we can move forward I’m just in case again my phone number is 844-289-8373 and you can go ahead and speak to me or anyone of the representatives um so I do hope to hear from you soon and have a great day…”

Almost got me because I am in the process of trying to get a loan to buy a house.. good thing i checked it out.

Alex –

I too received this message from Ashley Diaz with the call back number of: 888-467-6165. She said I was preapproved for 52,000 from their Advantage Program. I don’t know why I never actually received these calls (there were 6 of them) but they did appear on my voicemail. Thanks guys, for posting this useful information.

Donald –

Same exact thing! Also in the process of getting a loan. Its not with 21st Mortgage is it? Are they selling info?

Carla –

This one left me a voice message and I never enrolled in a loan of any kind.

“Hey it’s Jen Rivera from credit enrollment Center my phone number is 888-467-6165 and I was actually just giving you a call to let you know that we do have your preapproved amount back for the advantage program um we were able to actually get you up to $51,000 so if you could just give me a call back and then I can start to go over details with you so we can move forward I’m just in case again my phone number is 888-467-6165 and you can go ahead and speak to me or anyone of the representatives um so I do hope to hear from you soon and have a great day to opt out of future messages please call 415-842-1977…”

Sergio –

I got the same message, same person but a different amount. The amount was $52,000.

Alicia –

I actually received this same exact message, same person and number yesterday. EXACTLY the same everything! Total scam!

Anne –

I legitimately just got the same call, same name and the exact same amount “approved“ for something that I have NEVER applied for… 🙄🙄

Allen –

I continue to get texts and voicemails from Credit Enrollment Center that I’ve been approved for $46k in text but 54k through voicemail for the hardship program but I never applied for such a thing. The. I read it was scam.

Deanna –

Left a message (sounding like it was something I had applied for, or was some part of my benefits?) saying my preapproval was 46k and when I called back they could finish the application for the hardship application.

Tara –

Victim Location 26241

Type of a scam Advance Fee Loan

Left message claiming I had enrolled in their Hardship program and was preapproved for $53,000. Ask to return call to move forward with payment.

Javier –

Victim Location 79201

Type of a scam Bank/Credit Card Company Imposter Scam

I received a voice message on my cell phone and the person said that I qualified for a $53000 loan so I called back to the phone number they left in the voice message and the person that I was talking to asked me about my credit score and he asked me if I had. A high or low credit score was and he asked me if my credit score was 680 or better and I said yes he than said that I didn’t qualify because it was too high than I said hold on let me check so I checked and it was at 610 so I said then I qualified and he said no that my credit score was too low so he just contradicted himself and I started to ask him some questions and then he hung up on me.
