Type of a scam Online Purchase
The company charges a shipping & handling fee for a product they refuse to ship. They sell tickets to events in which digital ticketing is not accepted, yet refuse to offer paper tickets, even in extreme or compassionate circumstances. There is no recourse, and no refund. Most egregious of all, they offer no warning that this is their policy until AFTER you have made the purchase.
