Last Wednesday I got a call from Cox Associates saying he was David Smith head arbitrator for this company and that they were getting ready to file suit against me in circuit court for a pay day loan I had several years ago. When I call the number they gave me, 844.324.3179, the recording says this number is not set up to take calls. I called ScamPulse.com who looked into this and told me it was not legit.
