Placed an order on 11/28/2018 that indicated 1-3 weeks shipping. I still have nothing and my tracking link gives a 404 error. I have had a few "conversations" via email with "Ivy Wilson" from their customer service (typically 48-72 hours to get a reply if I get one) and she says they had a flood of unexpected orders. Then told me that it wasn’t made yet. Then told me that they have no communication from the shipper. Different answer every time and no resolution, no refund, and no blanket as ordered. The original link from Instagram now shows a 404 error as well.
