I’ve ordered a wallet online which has my kids picture on it I had sent the picture plus money. I tried several times trying it get in contact with someone. Several emails, I tried searching for a phone number. When the email comes back to me it says it’s a faulty account. I ordered this wallet in October to have plenty of time for Christmas. I try tracking it and nothing. I don’t think I would care about the product if I had money to throw way but I’m a mom living paycheque to paycheque . I don’t know how or if you can help .

Ordered a product that said it would be shipped by Father’s Day . 2 weeks later and they will not respond to private messages on Facebook or emails about my order along with hundreds of other people . They do respond to those prospective buyers not customers whom they never delivered the product to . There is no phone contact to call at all . Please warn people of this scam .
