I ordered an item, Milo Hamster, from them on June 5, 2018. NEVER got a tracking number. NEVER got the item. They have a recording on their phone and you can’t leave a message. They don’t respond to emails. They don’t respond to their contact form after you fill it out.

I ordered an item from them on June 5. It’s been 2 months and nothing, no tracking number or anything. They have a recorded message on their phone and never answer it. I’ve sent 8 notices to them to just refund my money at this point, that was 2 weeks ago and still nothing. I’m LIVID!!!!
