Type of a scam Healthcare/Medicaid/Medicare
Caller was a robot type voice, very pleasant and articulate. Indicate immediately that they were "Condition Management" and asked for a specific individual by name. They then began to ask personal information questions from the robot.
We don’t answer many questions on the telephone and never to a robot so we terminated the call.
However when we checked the caller I.D. it indicated our health care insurance co. We then contacted the company, they advised that the number on the caller I.D. was not one of their numbers and that this was probably a scam of some kind.
