Caller stated my card was charged $399 for tech support. Name of business is "Computer Tech Support" and wanted my PC info. When questioned they became belligerent and eventually hung up on me. Caller speaks broken English and kept repeating the same written statements that don’t really make any sense, especially does not understand sarcasm. Then said he would remove the charges when threatened with reporting to ScamPulse.com.

The scammers call and claim my computer has been downloading software and has problems. They claim to be MY "IT" support – which they are not. They want me to download software, which is a total scam and would compromise my computer. They will not give up, even when I have told them I do not have a computer. Because they call from a "no caller id" number not sure how to block them but they will call non-stop.

My apple iPhone was stolen so I went on website for Apple support and it was the first apple link with Apple visuals so I called the number and explained the situation and they offered me a deal for AppleCare and gave me 3 options for layers of protection. It is a scam. Things started sound fishy after a few phone calls, so I called the Apple store near my home and talked to a rep there and he said he has never heard of this and looked into the phone number and said that they were not related to this number. Turns out it is a scammer. I got ripped off for 299.99 so please read this before calling. If you need to contact AppleInc. call 1-800-MY-APPLE. I am currently trying to dispute the charges on my credit card.

The people at this number have called us up to 6 times in a day. The first time the man told me that he is from tech support and the reason he is calling is that he aware that I am having trouble with my computer. I hung up. Sometimes we don’t answer. Twice we have told them to take us off their list. My husband began to say, "Listen, I will report you…" to which the man answered, "YOU need to listen…" We hung up.

We don’t know where this was all heading, but he should have no way to know if my computer is or is not working well.

The caller had a foreign (east Indian type) accent. He was from Computer Tech Support and knows that I have had problems with my computer and asks if he can help me." This same voice or person has called my cell phone 3-4 times in the past. I ask them to remove my number from their calling list. The caller hangs up on me.
