Type of a scam Debt Collections
I have received a phone call twice within the last year for this company. They stated I had taken out a payday loan in 2010 for around $300.00. About a year and a half ago an individual called me saying they were trying to collect a debt. I had no recollection of this advance. I pulled my bank records From November 2010 on and there was not one single deposit in that name made. When I called back to inform them of this they hung up the phone. I received a call today from a law office stating they received notice 8/22/17 for this pay day advance and would be suspending my drivers license. I tried to explain to them this has already happened before. The gentleman on the other line would not let me speak and kept rambling on about me verifying my social security number to proceed.
