Received a voice mail from person saying I needed to call back in regards to a Comcast scheduled appointment I have tomorrow. Called the number from my work phone and they asked for my home address and name to look up my account then hung up. I believe I have been scammed.

On 9-14-2016 I received the following "text" message on my cell phone from Comcast Cable, "DebittCcard Alert for xxxxxx. Contact 844-380-7468"…exactly as typed. I call that number and got an answer from Comcast cable saying they had a special promotion for me. My debit card is issued through my bank and Comcast doesn’t know the account number.
This is fraudulent and deceiving in order for me to be alarmed enough to make the call. I am their customer, but I’ve also opted out of promotional calls and emails.
I’ve attached the forwarded text to my email so that you could see it.
