“Carlos Luis” real name is Bashir Adeoti. They are 100% scams. I paid thru PayPal and thank god had PayPal protection. Carlos Gazitua or CLZ Realty is a scam business.

This people took $260 “deposit “ from me and never sent me the check in information so after calling them and texting them like 100 times I realized there was never any apartment and I was a victim of scam. I reported them to the police already. they will tell you to deposit on Zelle to [email protected] email to this name Mikaya. Please please be careful with this low-life people

The guy tried to scam me too. People he is still out there. This is the text he send me this morning:
Availability is on a first-come, first-served basis, To Reserve the apartment for your requested date, You are required to book online (i will send you an email with instruction on how to get approved to book) and also pay the require deposit, the said deposit will only guarantee these dates once payment is complete. I can’t guarantee the availability before you get a tour as i have few people contacted me already…Thanks Carlos

So this Carlos guy also tried to scam me with promises of a one year lease on a property located in South Beach Miami Beach . He wanted me to send him $600 to “secure” the place so I contacted one of my realtor friends and this is how I found out he’s a Scammer! Be careful with sending people money without having a meeting and a walk through the place you want to lease !. His name is Carlos Gazitua

On June 19th 2020. I sent Mr. Carlos a payment for a rental which he was advistising online at craiglist and he was suppose to pick me up at the airport and I contacted him numerous times and he refused commication and never came to pick me up at the airport or give me a key to the rental. He just took my money and committed fraud. This is the contract from him. Also, I reported him to paypal on June 30 and waiting for a decision and my money back. This is what was sented from him.
