Total money lost $500

Type of a scam Online Purchase

While surfing the net to purchase a Blue Russian Kitten I came across ClayTimeBlues’ website which included pictures and names of kittens for sale. Had email contact back and forth with lots of questions and good answers. I signed a contract and was asked to send money through Zelle. Immediately after placing money in their business account through Zelle, I was told by the contact that they were under audit and it would be a while before they could confirm payment. I believed it might be a scam and cancelled my business contract with them and asked for a refund. They said they couldn’t refund until the audit was over. I asked when that would be and haven’t heard from them since. Names of contacts: Kholif Svetlana and Sidoine Ekembe.

Type of a scam Online Purchase

Clay Time Blues is a fake Russian Blue Cattery. These people are posing as cat breeders, taking money from people, and not sending the kitten we were promised. I was in touch with the owner for 3 days gathering information before agreeing to proceeding with the buying process. When I called them out for being a SCAM, the guy I was in contact with, Kholif Svetlana, ensured me that refunding my money was a simple process and that he would complete the refund. He still has NOT given me my money back. Additionally, when they ask you to pay for your kitten, you have to send the money through Zelle, an online banking app (which is fairly normal, but it’s sent to a gmail address [email protected] They refused to give me a phone number or talk to me on the phone. They have also stolen verbiage off of other Russian Blue Breeders’ websites. I’m now out $600 and have no kitten like they promised. This business is a complete SCAM.

They also partner with another scammer posing as an animal shipping website called Express Odyssey – they wanted me to purchase an animal crate that was safe for airplanes, which costs $1,000-$1,500….and they demanded I pay them in BitCoin.
