Classic Shih Tzu pups

Juan – Feb 09, 2021

I, too, was scammed out of $400. Affordable and Healthy Shih Tzus , etc. they are located in Jacksonville, Florida. They wanted the money sent by Zelle through my bank. They seemed nice, but, I didn’t catch onto this scam until I had sent all my money. There were 3 delivery days and, each time, an excuse why they weren’t able to deliver to my home. I wanted to pay cash for final payment when I had the puppy in my home. No, they wanted me to put the money through Zelle. Only way they do business. 2nd delivery date set, scammer went to vet (supposedly) to get paperwork done. Scammer texted and said, they needed $150 more for transportation for the puppy or he couldn’t travel with the puppy…according to the vet…for security and he would give me back the $150 back upon delivery of puppy. Told him I didn’t have anymore money. He kept insisting and it got 2 late on second date that was set up. I said , let’s try for tomorrow as it had got so late in the day. He said, that would be better. I was able to com up with the money and he texted the next day, to send it through Zelle directly to the vet and was given the vets information and sent the $150, thinking I would get it back. End of texts through messages. I waited until 10:00pm for him to deliver my puppy and I knew I had been scammed. The dates were 1/29/2020 through 1:31/2020. Friday through Sunday. I typed a message on messenger saying I was aware of their scam and I wanted my money back…and, of course. No response! Next day, I sent an email to our Florida State Attorney General’s Fraud Department, advising them of this scam and company’s telephone number (I think) Tried calling vets telephone number and received a Spanish speaking man and asked if he was a vet. Heard someone coaching him what to say in the background, he kept saying, yah, yah on every question I asked.
Bottom line, these people are in Jacksonville, Florida. DO NOT DO BUSINESS IN REGARD TO BUYING A SHIH TZU PUPPY! Please! Whatever state you’re in, call your State Attorney General’s Fraud Department and report and report your incident to them. I noticed they are using other names of their scam! BUYER BEWARE! THEY NEED TO BE STOPPED FROM STEALING FROM US, immediately!

Don’t use online puppy mills like this in the first place people!
My parents scammed out of $600, same as everyone elses stories above!
1) Don’t ever use an untraceable payment method!
2) Why pay for an animal you’ve never seen!? How do you know its health and temperament?
3) Supporting puppy mills
4) Cruelty to animals being shipped long distances
do your research prior to buying from any website!
Id like to know WTF is being done to shut this damn site down!?

Hello, i live in Bucks County Pa. I wrote a beautiful story on my Two Shih Tzus i lost one December 12, 2020 Heart Broken with sobbs as i had just spent 3,000 in test.
I saw ClassicHome Shih Tzu site a what i thought tobe nice male & wife also, a contract told me to purchase two gift cards & sent to my phone a photo of what cards & receipts were to look like.

His name Antonino, i saw Dave Shih Tzu & was easing my Heartbrake over loseing my Mattie.

My friend had been wanting a dog for as long as I can remember. When she stumbled upon this website she was over the moon when she found it. I was a little suspicious after two weeks it still said all the dogs were 10 weeks old still. A few weeks later my friends decided to email Classic Shih Tzu, it said they would reply within 5 minutes, they never replied. Then a few days ago the website was down for a few hours but was back up the next morning. This morning my friend had found this, and she was devastated.

Sandra here. We picked out a beautiful pup Ran around all day getting ready for the pup. Last night at CVS i could not find the American Express cards and questioned three different people about what might be the correct cards. And they kept saying, do you think this is a Scam? Finally while waiting for the man to return my phone call, my eyes were opened. Why does he never answer the phone and then the Credit Cards that scammers want. Then i knew. I texted him and said that i am afraid he is a scam artist. Send the dog, i will pick it up at airport and then mail him a check or the two credit cards he wants. He said no, they are a reputable Business for 20 years and he cannot send the dog until he sees the cards. I told him he is shamefull and there will be a reckoning! Then i started looking for others that he would try to steal from and found it. Very sad. I could not sleep last night very well. Deplorable.

Jason – Dec 02, 2020

I lost no money, I caught on to the scam before that happened but it was close. My story is like the others. I offered to drive to Pittsburgh to pick up the puppy with the full amount in cash but payment had to be in the form of 2 American Express gift cards and once the cards arrived I would then be given access to the puppy. He tried very hard to get me to have the puppy shipped and I would get him much faster that way, once the card arrived, of course. But I wouldn’t agree to that. After the fact I have found some of the stories of deceit all having the same background.

Went to web-site and pick a puppy we were interested in. The only way to communicate is by email or text. I got suspicious when they ask for payment by gift card. They wanted pictures of the gift cards and the scratched off numbers. Eventually I got someone to call me. They went as far as to say they were christian and would never try to scam anyone as it would go against their family and they heritage. They were very persuasive. Long story short we caved and did as they ask. Then they sent a transfer of ownership document to be signed. We thought we were on our way to getting our puppy only to be sent an email the day of shipping when we found out we had to buy insurance 100% refundable on arrival. Again the gift card request, again we caved because they said the dog was being held in quarantine. Being that the puppy now in our ownership we felt total responsibility and pannick for the dog. At this point we were to expect the puppy at a specified time. There was to be a stop in North Carolina to delivery other pups and then one to us in GA. Then once again we get another email only to be told that animal control stopped the shipment in NC and need us to pay a refundable amount for a permit for state to state movement of the dog. And once again the dog was in quarantine. I ask for the location and told them we were going to pick her up. That’s when things fell apart on their side and communication stopped with a final threat because we refused to pa, that we were abusing the puppy and would be fined for abandonment. We told them to bring it on, we would be waiting.
