The person identified themselves as an employee for Sprint and told me that I had a credit on my account for a billing error for previous month. They asked for my password to access my account to apply credit. I asked him for his employee ID and he claimed again He was with Sprint. He also was able to provide my previous two mailing addresses. When I did not give him my password he got upset and cursed me out and hung up on me.
