Caller said he would help me get all of my credit cards to a 0% interest rate. He then said he would charge my open credit card $1.350.00 and I would pay credit card services one payment at 0% interest rate. This would save me over $7,000.00 The last time he called the caller ID came up Citi Card at1 800-950-5114
