I received an email from a HR manager his name is Richard Harper and claimed he work for company call "Cielo". He conducted an online interview via Google Hangout (accout name is: [email protected]) He asked a series question such as : "
"How would you describe yourself when it comes to handling of job duties?" "Tell me about your ability to work under pressure?" " What do you Understand by Business Ethics & Customer Relations?""What is your greatest strength and weakness?""What do you understand by privacy and code of conduct?" and told he will provide my answer to their HR dept for decision and asked me to be on Google Hangout the next morning. I was online the next morning and he told me more about the job see below:
You will undergo a two weeks training, but if you get to pick very fast it won’t be up to a week. Your training/orientation will commence as soon as you have all working materials and you be rest assured that you will be paid for it. Your training is going to be done online through your Pc, Phone and in person by your training supervisor. If you have limited place in your home to welcome the company certified Supervisor (if is okay by you) to put you through on the company programs, other arrangement will be made to ensure you receive proper company Training/Orientation. You will resume work fully after training.
Note that you are a FT employee of the company and not an independent contractor. You will be receiving company EP-HS_Overview handbook which is the company Human Resource Handbook and will be containing all information regarding the company Vacation, benefit package and other related issues. It will be shipped to you along with your W-2 and 1-9 forms(Employment Eligibility Form) before the end of your 1 week training session.
Your Offer Letter will be sent to you via email and All Hard-copies of employee manual guide, I-9 Form will be delivered as a whole along with your working equipment’s. Once you received all package first thing take out your form, Fill and complete all necessary sign up space made available.
The core phase of your training session commences once your home office is fully put in place.Based on company policy, Legal Bonding Documents will be issued along with all necessary files as provided in the text above.. So there is absolutely nothing for you to worry about but rather focus on your training and how to be a good resource to the company.
Your training supervisor will contact you via phone once your mini office is set for training to know your schedule.

To enable you sit for this job and position there are working equipment and software’s which are required for this job, this is because you will be working from Home&Online. The company do not want employees to make use of their funds, we provide employees with the funds for the order of the programs.
Note: All expenses are handle by the company. You will receive a certified check in your name issued for the order of your office materials, then you will be referred to the vendor agent in-charge of the installation, update and patch to place your order directly to ensure you appear as the primary owner. That is because all materials will be Customized in your names and the Company Logo.
Once the Accounting officer issue out your start up check for the purchase of all your materials, i will have you updated by providing you with the FedEx tracking# so that you can track it online and keep your eye on it, to know when the FedEx will be at your home
All we need from you is good work and trust, you will enjoy every moment working with Cielo. Immediately after your training you will be provided with your personal employee login information to access and connect with other online team members.
You will be receiving the company check next week.

I got specious when I noticed there will be a certified check sent to me to purchase the office equipment. So I contacted the real "Cielo" company to verify whether this Richard Harper working in the company. Cielo soon responded that his is not their employee.
