He had an account on Zoosk.com. I befriended him, but never met. He said he was a petroleum engineer. He asked me to sign up for Google Hangouts because that would be the only way we could communicate while he was on the Alaskan "oil rig" for several weeks. He said the oil pipes were failing and the cost of repair was $85,000. He already was able to collect $65,000 through friends, but needed the extra $20,000 so he did not look incompetent to his employer.
