I was contacted by a company that said I got a payday loan in 2012 with PNC Bank. I have never received a loan nor do I have PNC bank. They said they are suing me in court .when I called they had my husbands last 4 digits of his ss#. I am in trouble for check fraud, theft by deception,and collateral cheque fraud. These are the exact words. They said he owes 12,000 from the loan, but they will settle for $300.
