On march 5, 2019 I ordered a Automatic Curling Iron Air Curler (Chi Brand) – Black $57.95. I could only pay by Paypal. I received a confirmation email from Chimpbasket CB785467AND Paypal. I was given this address to contact [email protected] I have emailed them three times with no response. The order confirmation number cannot be tracked. The website I previously viewed is no longer accessible. https://chimpbasket.com/password
You must have a "password’ to enter the site. I checked out through Paypal so I never created a password. There is no option to create an account.
I still have not received product.
