This website chillder.com was a total scam. I opened a dispute with Paypal after I didn’t receive my blanket order and told Paypal that the website were a scam website and gave this link to them and now the website no longer exists. They might have gotten so many complaints saying that it was a scam website that it finally got suspended. Good riddance. I don’t know how scammers can sleep at night. I believe in Karma and they will get what’s coming to them someday.
I ordered a blanket on Dec 9th and had the exact experience as others. I received a confirmation email and a PayPal receipt but never received my blanket. I emailed four times with no response and the number does not work. I wish I had read about this site before ordering! This is a complete scam DO NOT EVER ORDER FROM THIS SITE…it is not a real company and a complete scam!
Pretty much the same story as above. I ordered a fleece blanket on 09/03/2020 they took the money out of my back on 09/04/2020 now it it is 20 business days later (website says 7-20 business days) and I have not received my blanket. I have sent email, no response. I tried to call and got some kind of funky recording. Now i am out 69.99 with no way of knowing how to get my money returned to me. Never again!
I just ordered a blanket. I received the confirmation email. I sent an email asking about shipping date and there is no response. I tried to call the number on the website
and the number is bo good. I plan to get a refund through the app I made payment on.
My mother placed an order for a mini blank for my son and that was over 2 months ago. We haven’t not received any responses after various times trying to find anything out about the order. This is a complete scam! Do not order from chillier.com ! We never received the order!

My mother was trying to purchase a blanket for Christmas for my younger sister. I have always watched her about scams on the internet and she insisted that she checked out the website and it seemed legit. The order for the product was placed on December 7th 2018. They even sent an email saying that the order was recieved and listing the product, shipping and billing address,and order number. They mentioned in the email that they would notify my mom when the order was shipped and provide the tracking number. Another email was received with the receipt from PayPal. After a week and still no email on the status of the order my mother sent an email to the email address provided on their website asking about the item. There was no response. Two more emails were sent and still no response. We even tried calling the number listed on the website and it didn’t work. We did call the bank to have the purchase disputed. We thought that maybe since it was a blanket it would take a while to make but it is now the 24th and no emails were replied to. Do not order from this website. Even though it was only $57 I don’t want anyone else calling for this scam.
