Type of a scam Online Purchase

On 11/1/2018 I purchased a Queen sized blanket from https://www.chewyhub.com. I used my debit card and was charged $58.91. I am not able to use their website to track my package because their tracking system does not work. Their website does not offer a phone number for me to be able to call them and ask questions. They also do not have a mailing address for me to be able to mail them a formal complaint letter. I emailed them on 11/26 asking for an update on my order. I was told the following: "We’re deeply sorry for this inconvenience we caused for you. As for your order, the package is now on the way to the destination. Normally, the shipping company need 1 – 3 weeks to deliver your item." On 11/30 I emailed them again and asked if I could get tracking on my package as the tracking on their website does not work. On 12/5 I received a generic email that stated "Your order is on the way." On 12/9 I received an email from them again stating the following: "the package is still on the way to the destination. Normally, the shipping company need 1 – 3 weeks to deliver your item. Here’s your tracking number: CNCSE3188399816936. You can keep track with your order on this site: https://webtrack.dhlglobalmail.com/" This was a completely different tracking number that I was given the first time and again, this tracking website did not work. I began to do research on the company, ChewyHub, and found countless customer complaints that this is a scamming website/fake company who goes my many various names. Most of the customers never received their merchandise. The few that did stated that what they received was nothing like what they ordered. I emailed them again on 12/17 again asking for a true status of my order. I was told the following: "We’re deeply sorry for late delivery. The shipping company is being overloaded so it may take longer to deliver the package. We are trying so solve all the problems and to ship the goods as fast as possible. Please give us just a little time." I messaged them again on 12/17 and let them know that they had 48 hours to provide me an update with tracking that actually worked or else I would be contacting the BBB. I am now following through with my threat. I’m tired of their empty emails stating my order is on the way when I know it is not giving the fake tracking numbers and tracking website that does not work. Please help!!
