I sent a $300.00 deposit (via a bank wire) to this breeder for a German Short Haired Pointer puppy in April of 2015. She then quit texting us for a about a month or so. We continued to text her as to try and keep in contact. She did finally respond. She set up a for us to come to her and get the puppy. We started driving there that morning and as we got about an hour from her house she text us and said could not meet us and no one would be at the house (we had already drove approximately 3 1/2 hours). After that she contacted us and she up several other meetings with us to either drop the dog off at our house or send us our money back. It has now been 6 1/2 months and we have not received the money or the dog. She has told me on several occasions that it was in the mail or she was sending it via western union and still it has never came either way. However, she continues to text me on almost a daily basis from the same number. I know that she does not live in the same house as the one that she lived in when this all transpired however she is still somewhat in the same area but will not give me her address.
