Type of a scam Credit Cards
Hello,
My name is Pat Bliss and we just received an email from a bank and an account that neither my wife or I belong to. I haven’t opened the attachments or replied. So I copied and pasted the content of the email below. Please let me know if this is a scam.

You scheduled a payment of $794.00 from your account ending in 5797.
Payment Authorization
You authorize the one-time payment of $794.00 to Chase account ending in …8351. The funds will be withdrawn as an ACH debit from your pay-from account ending in …5797. The payment will be dated on 10/03/2018. The withdrawal from your pay-from account will generally occur within 2 business days of the payment date, but the exact timing is dependent on your bank’s processing schedule.
You can cancel any scheduled transaction before the payment date by filled encrypted electronic refund-form.
