This person has been harassing me via email claiming that I own over $900 for a cash advance that I never received or applied for. I asked the person to provide proof, and they further stated that they would contact my place of employment and have my pay garnished. When I finally stated that why would they being using a personal email if they worked for a company, and they could contact my lawyer they told me to "back off".
