I purchased on line a 3 pairs of insoles for Plantar fasciitis for Care Sole for $42.98. On 17 October 2018 they took the money from my account. 2 months later and they still haven’t arrived! I did contact them once to track them and see what the deal was and they stated they were in the U.S. but couldn’t tell me where. Since then I have tried to call their Customer Service line about 20 times. Each time your call will go hold and irritating music will play for 10:29 then you will be disconnected. I have also emailed them also with no response! I think they took my money and I will not ever see the product I ordered.
