A woman called me and told me I owed for a payday advance taken out in 2010 said that if I didn’t pay 350 dollars for delinquent account, I would be prosecuted at full extent of the law and would face up to 8 years in prison. I tried to interrupt the woman on the phone to aske her company name, she demanded that I let her finish and to stay quiet. After being threatened with the law she asked if I’d like to pay 350. I told her no, not until I saw documentation of the loan. She then told me my social and an address I lived at 6 years ago. I hung up. I called back to ask the name of her company, she told me she was legal letigation office. I hang up, later my little sister is called from a different 855 number, a man tells her my information and that she would be faced the documentation of the loan….. If this loan was filed in 2010 I was 20 and my sister was 15……… We gave them no money or information
