After agreeing with Magnum Realty Group(separate complaint filed) to pursue the sale I was contacted by Capital Transfer Associated Services, LP, aka C T A Services. They sent a form to complete in order to establish the escrow account to be held by Citibanamex, member of the Banamex financial Group. I then received a statement of account showing the sale amount being held in my name, and instructions on how to call and verify authenticity. The documents appeared authentic and as near as I could tell the phone number belonged to Citibanamex in Mexico City. I went to the office address and they do not have office space. There representative even invited me to come and meet them, and I believe they also thought that I would not. I did not give them money either. I can provide documents if they would be helpful.
