This website and company is a complete scam. I booked a reservation to Las Vegas in December for March 20 thru March 23. My reservation happened to be during the closures of all Las Vegas properties. I called to cancel and get a refund for my booking a week before the reservation. No one would answer my phone call but I did receive an email saying that they would be issuing my refund. Over 2 weeks had passed and I did not receive anything. I finally decided to call back and their website is shutdown. There is a message saying your reservations may be cancelled but nothing about refunding any money. It also states that due to COVID-19 they have frozen all their activities. I called back the number I had and it has been disconnected. This is complete fraud. Many other people have stated losing thousands of dollars due to the closure of their services. This is an unacceptable way to treat customers.
