My disabled daughter received a call asking "Can you hear me?" She replied yes. I was on another call and did not hear the whole conversation, but the man did ramble off our address. We have only lived at this address four months. Once I started asking her who it was and where they were from, she hung up. She has just recently applied for some jobs, so she answered the call. Once I heard the "can you hear me?:", I tried to intervene.

I received a phone call either the week of January 16, 2017 or January 23, 2017. It was around 8:00 pm to 9:00 pm. I had been sleeping so I did not see who the caller was. The caller asked "Can you hear me" I said yes, then realized it was a computerized call, then started pressing random numbers on the phone key pad.
I have not heard anything since then.

Received a call on January 30, 2017 at 11:40 from someone named Josh. The first thing he asked me was "can you hear me OK?" Unfortunately I said yes. He started to tell me I was eligible for a vacation. I said I’m not interested and hung up very fast.

I received a phone call Friday January 27th, 2017 and the female voice said that she dropped her headset and asked if I could hear her. I replied yes. She said that I had recently visited one of their resorts (I have not been to a resort) and that I "won" a Bahamas vacation. I then hung up. I was told by my daughter last night over dinner that news reports have said that this is some kind of scam that records your yes answer to get you to purchase something.

I heard about this scam on my local news station and I wanted to report the phone number. It came through on my cell phone.
I called my bank immediately and so far nothing has happened. I will continue to monitor my accounts.
